I’m writing this from my sofa on Mad Woman’s publication day. It is basically my book’s birthday. I am in a state of shock because it has gone to number one on the whole of Amazon. I know numbers and metrics don’t matter, but the fact so many of you have bought a book about binge eating, depression and OCD makes me feel a hell of a lot less alone.
