Your washing machine head is a classic case of the mind monkeys chattering away and telling you that you can’t do this because ‘what will people think’? Well I’ll tell you what we think. We think you’re amazing and we wouldn’t have signed up to this if we didn’t think so. You’ve got this. So just keep doing what you’re doing and we’ll keep reading it and we’ll all be fine and well and dandy. 😊 Xx
I don't think it's drivel and I don't think you're a tit. I'm grateful for what you write. And I get the self consciousness. I've been considering setting up a patreon...for 4 years, lol. The anxiety of it and fear or rejection, nightmare. So I give my full respect to anyone daring to put themselves out there and not stay small xx
Nah, it read like refreshing honesty about how it truly feels to put things out there and have all the thoughts about it and that made me want to comment when I barely ever comment on things cos it's relatable and makes me feel a little step braver to maybe doing it one day knowing it doesn't come easy to others. X
Sam Thompson is giving me so much joy too, his enthusiasm and energy is absolutely infectious and he is making me giggle.
Hope you have an amazing week, I'm slowly starting my Monday... working from home and chosing to log in a little later to spend extra time talking to my 10yr old! Sending positivity to anyone that needs it, new week, new start! Xx
My number one way to help myself in tough times (and what I’ve shared with others more than anything else) is to treat yourself like you would treat your best friend, someone you love, who’s feeling the same way. Whatever you’d say to them, whatever you’d do, flip that around and give yourself that same love and care, even if it means hugging yourself! It’s surprising how good, if a little odd, that feels x

Love this, Sue! I was about to say something very much to this effect!
Thank you xx

Thank you EB! I realise that read like a fishing expedition. And you know… maybe that’s ok! Lots of love x

Love a bit of your ‘drivel’ with my poached egg on sourdough 💖
3 years after leaving SW11 and I still can’t call it simply ‘toast’ like everyone else in Norfolk 🤣
lol, get an egg bap in you! X
Just popped back to say - I actually did it. Thanks for your part in it 💚
